I spent most of my childhood summers in Rhode Island and I still love the peaceful, coastal vibe of this small state. This pieces blends my photography of Narragansett Beach, where we would enjoy fried clams and chowder while watching the commercial fishing boats coming in and the Block Island ferry going out. It's a place loaded with memories for me. This mixed media piece blends my photography, acrylic paints and layers of vintage and nautical/coastal documents and is a one-of-a kind original, not a reproduction.
