Prairie Skyscraper, 16" x 20"
A towering blue grain elevator surrounded by corn fields - a veritable skyscraper on the prairies. This original piece of artwork incorporates acrylic paints, pencils, pastels and authentic vintage ephemera (including clippings from a 1950s Western magazine, 1930s ledger, early 1900s agricultural manual and vintage letters) anchored by my photography. A contemporary piece of agricultural art/industrial art with a vintage aesthetic.
