Big Tex, 24" x 12"

A classic ol' Texaco gas station sign; worn and well aged.  This mixed media painting layers my photography with acrylic paints and vintage mid-century ephemera (receipts, ads, ledgers, etc.) to create a nostalgic piece of contemporary western art.
