Barn II, 20" x 20"

A weary barn on an agricultural road in an otherwise heavily industrial part of the state. Formally a dairy farm, the Wisneske Farm is part of the Connecticut’s Farmland Preservation Program which protects farmland in the state.  A quiet, contemplative, vintage inspired piece of original art created through layers of acrylic paint, vintage documents (ephemera) and my photography.

Specifications:

• measures 20" x 20" x 1.5" (50.8 cm squared x 3.8cm)
• original painting and collage on cradled wood with open back
• sides painted black, backside signed with artist info
• sealed with UV protective matte varnish
• wired and ready to hang, no framing needed
