Goodspeed Opera House, 24" x 24"

Regular price

One of Connecticut's most iconic images, the Goodspeed Opera House is not only a beautiful landmark, but an important one for theater arts and a place full of history.  It's hard to imagine this building was set to be demolished in the 60s!  This piece is layered with vintage photos, postcards, and many other pieces of locally relevant ephemera.  Acrylic paints and stains pull it all together.  This is the one-of-a kind original, not a reproduction.

**This piece is currently on exhibit at the Maple & Main Gallery of Fine Art and is available for purchase directly from the gallery in Chester, CT, via their site or by calling (860)-526-6065.**
