Grain Bins of July, 12" x 24"

Such a classic Western/Mid-Western site: grains bins on an open field. This original piece of artwork incorporates acrylic paints, pencils, pastels and authentic vintage ephemera (including clippings from an 1800s farmer's almanac, an old seed catalog, agricultural manual, stamps and ledgers) anchored by my photography of grains bins in Colorado.  A contemporary piece of agricultural art with a vintage aesthetic and lots of hidden gems.
