An abandoned grain elevator at a quiet train stop on the high plains. Rustic, quiet, even eerie. This original piece of artwork incorporates acrylic paints, pencils, pastels and authentic vintage ephemera (including an 1800s Union Pacific receipt, book pages from a 1904 agricultural guide, 1930s ledger and other assorted rail documents) anchored by my photography. A contemporary piece of agricultural art/industrial art with a vintage aesthetic.
