Maroon Bells, 12"x16"

Regular price

This piece blends authentic vintage ephemera, acrylic paints and my photography of the iconic Maroon Bells mountains in Aspen, Colorado on a snowy, fall day.  Vintage and local paper ephemera layered in the piece tie in the history of this old mining town.  This is the one-of-a kind original, not a reproduction.

Inspired by my passion for travel and nature, my photography marries beautifully with mixed media techniques. Each piece tells a unique story through the quiet scenes captured, the vintage ephemera incorporated and the touches of paint that when combined creates a new piece that is greater than the sum of its parts.
