Norwich Barn, 24" x 36"
A weary barn on an agricultural road in an otherwise heavily industrial part of the state. Formally a dairy farm, the Wisneske Farm is part of the Connecticut’s Farmland Preservation Program which protects farmland in the state. A quiet, contemplative, vintage inspired piece of original art created through layers of acrylic paint, vintage documents (including farm specific ads, receipts, photos and 1800s era letters/ledgers) with my photography.
